Mine does and that was timed at Brunters (Up Hill)

Mine is only on Greens, and about 350bhp.

A few years back a MAD rwd Saff ran 0-100 in 10.2secs anyone remember Mark Syers chromed up Saff. It just made 400bhp.

My Sapphire with 385bhp used to regularly do 12s quarters at 115mph, which when compared to other similar cars that had done identical quarters and terminals that had their 0-100s also tested (Autocar), equated to 0-100mph in 9.5-9.8s.

Depends on weight of you and car combined . If it equals 1345kg, then that would give you an indication that you are approaching this output.

However, I could bang out 12s run after 12s run (did 10 in one day once) .

Well its a XR4i fitted with full cossie runnig gear and i weigh 18.5 stone.
