right me and craig n fitted a clifford concept 50 to my xr2 last night it all works spet the alarm keeps going of when im driving any one no what this can be or how to sort it thanx for any help

no shit every thing works though thats the piss take when the alarm goes of when im driving the car does not cut out but you cant start the car wid the alarm on

1 of the black wires that is for the immobiliser is fitted wrong, the alarm is not seeing that you are staring the car. it works by 1 wire on the immob circuit is an input the other an output ,and they are specific as to where they need to be connected eg ign switch, fuel pump, starter etc, they only work a certain way. you cant just leave them disconnected either as 1 of the inputs energises the whole immob circuit. you need the clifford diagram and to take the silver box apart. alternatively its a long case of trial & error.

The alarm siren is fooked, had the same on mine for fooking ages - you need a new or replacement one

i dont think the black wire is wrong

it came with the bits of the last igniton switch stil lfitted i put it back on exactly as it shoudl have been

the siren fooked more likely i hope

Pain in the aRSe, never knew that if it goes tits upit goes through all the different noises LOL

Same problem, mine just stated making weird nosises and then going through all different sirens one day, that was the day enough was enough!!

They do fail and it's the only part Clifford don't cover under warranty as well
