try the aerocatch ones from demon tweeks as long as ur bonnet is pretty flat there excellent

I fitted those to my Escort aswell, after seeing a friend of mines bonnet fly up and smack his windscreen
My bonnet had popped it's catch a couple of times and I didn't want it popping on me all the way!
You get used to the look after a while...

Thrush ive only driven my RS about 5 miles before i completely stripped the thing
the bonnet seemed a bit wobbly when i done those few miles, so i thought it'd be a good idea to have them
also heard loads of stories like the one you just mentioned!!

shit mine aint done that kind of damage not thgat bad. how do they ment the scuttle panel like that as its not a part u can buy is it?

I have broken two bonnets and two screens because I have left em out
Roof has also taken a beating...
Got some uberbling aerofit ones going on it now.
