Default s2 radio signal

in my s2 i have a kenwood cd player but it does not pick up any radio stations, i have checked the radio antena going to the back of the stereo and the connections to the heated rear screen and they are all fine.

any help would be much appreciated.

thanks chris

at the back of your radio on the cars loom there is a red wire which make sure that has a live to it when the radio is on ( ie blue wire out of back of radio ) its for the power booster for the antena

Is there not a radio amplifier located in the tailgate?

I was always under the impression that there was, however I may well be wrong!

Anyone?
