I know someone selling an RS turbo engine out of an 88 escort. cant see or hear it running as it has come out of his car so he can fit zvh, all he said is that it is good, although if I had it I would give it a re build. comes with block, internals, sump, head, inlet, loom, ecu, but no turbo and he is after £350, is that about right??

 

that sounds ok, just ok, would be nice if he let u have the turbo as well


the loom would fetch a bit for people like me who have cabs and want rst engines in it

if you gonna do a rebuild just do it to a engine that needs it

i 'd sell you a complete ending that had oil pump fail for £100 (not driven dry but started twice for less than 30 secs) that would need a full freshen like you'd be doin to that (suposedly) good engine
