Strengthening your wrists and forearms - they get addictive after a while!

 

Basically there is a knack to spinning it really fast, its quite hard and wears you out quickly

My best is about 10,300rpm, you speed it up really fast and it feels ace, then I seem to hit a brick wall and the acceleration just stops

 

Why does it look like he's knocking one out

Fuck paying Ł18 - I can do that for free in my room

You can start them by rolling them off the floor, but I doubt you will until you have had a good few goes before! Try using a thin shoelace (i.e. out of some office shoes etc) as that's all the string is anyway.

Tiff, its just a gadget although it claims to be good for you and give excercise i'm not so sure myself

I've got an original 250hz one and can get 12800 rpm.
But there's a 350 hz that's even harder to do.
