Default gear selector

Ive still got all my gears but they are all over the place also the spring has snaped in the selector,if i got a quick shift would this solve the problem

Sounds like it's the washer underneath the shifter.

Yeah they do work well but they are really notchey, its not just mine either I have drove three escos with these fitted and i have to say i prefer them standard... a lot nicer drive..
