Has any one here built there own zvh, if so how hard is it to do? ive looked on varius web sites and all though it seems quite involved, from looking at it any compitant mechanic should be able to do it.
What u all think?

 

im building one, its a 1.8 i have gone for tho, the 2.1 is alot more involved. the 1.8 tho is alot easyer, as long as you can drill and tap straight and in the right place, thats the hardest bit about it really.

you can buy a kit of parts to help out, i got one from area 6.

Yes they are fairly easy to do if you stick with the 1.8 or 2.0.
with the 2.1 you need the block boaring out etc. so more money and work is needed.
