Default Best front suspension/ arb

I`m building a 2.1 zvh powered s2 and hoping for 270-280 bhp
At the moment the car have a standard s2 arb with poly bushes.
Is there anything more I can do to improve the front suspension?

I have been thinking of fitting adjustable tca.
And is the s1 arb any better then the s2? Any point of change to s1 arb?
The car is lowered 35mm and on sachs shocks. Maybe change to adjustable konis or even coilover. What do you think??

i wouldnt got coilovers unless ur really going to push the car or alot of track time bud

and get it all tracked up properly and ull be laughing ,

S1 ARB is a non starter as the S1 used an adjustable tie bar set up and there is no pick up for this on the gearbox casing on the S2.

A set of Koni adjustable shocks on some quality springs like Eibach and you'll be laughing. Keep the drop to no more than 35mm or it will arse up the car

Adjustable TCA's and top mounts to increase the front camber will help.

Hvor i Norge er du?

Sorry mate but I don't know enough about the ZVH to offer advise. Try posting in the main forum as their are quite a few ZVH guru's on the board. Sorry I can't be more helpful

You can, but you need a mk3 gearbox casing. a S1 ARB is thinner than an S2 one, I think they are 18mm and 22mm. The thickest ARB you can fit is an RS1600i set up, which I believe is 26mm, not sure though. I have never measured mine.

If you are lucky you could find a Turbo Technics ARB set up which uses an RS1600i ARB but has a special ally plate made to go around a mk4 gear casing. These are ultra rare and go for very good money, if the seller actually knows he has

If it was me I would put my turbo on it, a T34 with .63. Unless you wanted to go for a GT series.

Lots of power

Ja, her er det ca 30cm med snø, supert å kjøre sierra cosworth 4*4 nå
Kjøpte en rs turbo donor bil en gang i kr. sand faktisk, men hvet ikke hvor søgne ligger.

By the way thanks every body for let me know your opinion.
Dont think I will find a rs1600i crossmember as these cars are ultra rare here in Norway.
