My phone has gone on quiet mode.....

and I cannot find any settings on it anywhere to switch quiet mode off?

Can someone let me know what options are available within Quiet Mode Menu... all I have is "Mute" and "Vibrate"

i the # might be the button to press to sort this out but its my lass who has the phone not me so i dont know really

Yes if you hold the # button done for a few seconds it either turns sounds off or on.
