how do i remove filler?

i have been offered a set of s1 arches from my mate that he removed of a cabriolet but the previous owner had filled them with pure filler is there a way to remove the filler, the arches are of the car?

portable shot blaster tho its a messy way of doing it, Could soak it in water and wait for it to swell then crack it off, of just remove the arch and rub it back to bare metal

Was gonna say the easiet way to remove it, well most hassle free would be to rub it back to the bare metal!

But Rad beat me too it, the fooker gets everywhere!
