Default Best brake pads for 3dr?

i recently changed my rear pads from standard ones to mintex 1144 ones. When i had the standard ones on there the wheels were always ok but since i put the mintex ones on the wheels are always getting burnt specks on them and they're a bastard to get off

The fronts are mint and always have been and they are standard ford pads. Can anyone suggest another pad as im getting pissed off with cleaning them!

put it this way I have ds2500s all round and std front discs, grooved rears.

My mate has some huge discs and uprated calipers from another car.

At Silverstone he suffered badly from brake fade whereas I had none
