I want to get a custom inletmanifold made for my rst using

FORD ESCORT XR3I INLET MANIFOLD



Is this possible? Has anyone got any pic's or any ideas??

Me personally I'd stick with a 16v just go lower in power rather than mix two engines


just me tho, not a fan of the ZVH, And the power you'll make from one if your cutting down in cost, you'd be better off downgrading in 16v power

Ive been talking to ian at area six and he says yes quite a lot.

The std efi should be ok up to 300bhp ish

Anything from Ł450 + i would think, The bottom part of the manifold will need machining to fit too if using a frst one


Im making my own at the moment and its taking alot longer than i thought

using the FRST bottom, custom trumpets, machined bottom half to 45mm all through, and a few other add ons

didnt realise soo much went into it boys !

but then i dont suppose it would be custom if it didnt lol


just been looking at the pic of the standard one and can c some changes to the body ect ,

love to jim bud but bigger prioritys at the mo mate

still deciding what turbo to use

2 ltr ze vh arcalites stage 3 head mfi at the moment

going to some kind of efi soon

You'll need to get it flow tested after and you want at least 5mm thick ally

is that a .43 or a .60 exaust housing ??


the .43 its the low lag version aint it good 4 350 brake ?

top spec for a 2wd cossie good for 400bhp 600 odd i think , come from jamsport
