Mileage put u off?
Right just wondering what general thought is on here of cars up in the miles? Thinking of getting a new runabout, a VW passat might have come up on 52plate but has 92k but has full VWSH and is cheapish. I do a fair bit of miles so should i just forget it, or not worry about it? it will be a TDI
that would certainly not bother me.....
german, just over 3 years old, thats around 30k per annum give or take therefore motorway miles......
add to that FFSH + diesel and i wouldnt bat an eyelid

What im thinking, if its been looked after etc. Will see what the car is like tomorrow, trouble is the car will prob be up to 140k in 2 years if i had it, just wonderd if it would be worth anything to sell on then etc

suppose when there a fairly new car mileage isnt that important if serviced

Miles have never put me off, But when i was buying my first 2 cars my dad was picky. But now im running a J plate golf with 110k and it runs smoothly so it doesnt put me off.
But like most people if its been well looked after i wouldnt worry.

we just sold our pug 406 td with 193k. put in new glow plugs and changed the filters and the new owner is happy with it , very reliable .
I would guess that you wont have a problem with the passat as long as it was serviced
