Hi I've got a new N70, chuffed to bits with it so far

I have all of my old messages from the inbox on my 6230 on the PC, want to transfer them ont he phone. However when I connect the new N70 via bluetooth in the Nokia PC Suite, I can't find any of the messages folder even on the Phone memory part.


Any ideas?

 

 

Dunno bout Bluetooth connection, but I would pressume that the Pc Suite you have is the same that came with mine?

If so, open the PC Suite, and double click the FILE MANAGER icon (also found in the MY COMPUTER folder on your PC)

Double click the N70 phone icon and you should see this;

Double click the messages icon and you get this;

Which should allow you access to your messages

 

Thats what I did to get them off the 6230, but that doens't come up on the N70 when I connect that

 

Do you have the USB cable? Try it with that, maybe that will help. I don't have bluetooth on my PC so I can't try it that way, but I know it works with my USB cable

 

I'll try it with the USB cable 2mo then, cheers mate
