Hello i needed a fuel reg and brought a rs500 one without thinking, can it be used and just bloke the other feed off

so what did they have when the second rail wasnt connected?? one blocked off or a standard regulator??
back up for some one to have a bash?

 

the second one is blocked off at the end of the fuel rail on the 500

 

So can i block it off then

Rich - No you can't as the pressure reg has 2 outlets (One for each fuel rail on a RS500) on a standard 2wd only has one. Blocking it off would be stupid as they obtain massive pressure when running!

a RS500 reg is worth mega money

Stick it on Ebay n get a normal 2wd one.

 

New RS 500 regs on fleabay all the time mate bout £70 just never any new 2WD ones but Ford do em for £96 approx

 

rs500 regs arent that expensinve.

seen em go on ebay for half that
