Default mfi and efi cylinder heads

as title, which is best to use? I take it both heads will take either inlet/exhaust manifold? Does either have better flowing ports?

inlets are different, not 100% on the exhaust.

inlets have a little cut out on efi heads, use the right head for the right managment!!!

Exhaust sides are also different, use the gasket matching your manifold. D-shaped ports on the EFI iirc.
