Personally I ran Mintex 1155 front & 1144 rear and found them excellent

I use Mintex 1144 all round including track days, no complaints (apart from black wheels from the dust
After all the bad things i have heard about EBC, i wouldnt bother, as they tend to warp discs somebody said. i personally run Ferodo DS2500's on front and rear, with Tar-ox Drilled and grooves discs. They work VERY well.

Steer well clear of all colours of '...stuff' would be my advice.
Any of those mentioned above will be fine, or if your only planning 1 track day then even standard Motorcraft stuff should be okay.
