Designing a new website, what do you lot think?

I know there are some web design gurus on here, so just wondering what you guys think of the top banner? I'm not to sure on the colours....

dont like how the front of the car at the back is cut off...

also the text seems blocky prob how you just resized it for here though

and why the bmw 328ci on the plate of a banner... seems weird

fonts look a bit cheap mate, and that blue does too.....

also got black on the left and a background on the right, need those the same

I like that, I would make the button bar thicker though as the text seems cramped in there.
