From major work to be done or just looking around it

Ive just been looking at it Fascinates me or may be i need to go back to work

Id rather be dooing something on the car than be at work thats for sure

Yes, I get bored (regularly) and bog off in the garage and play with the car.

And I would definitely not rather be at work than playing with the car. In fact I'd rather have a dose of the sh!tes than go back to my work.

Used to mate when I had a car worth messing with!

Obsessive cleaning used to be my thing! Until I de-wipered the boot in the dark, hard to take it up my dads workshop to finish it off the next night!

This started out as a quick gearbox-change, to get the car throuh a MOT-test (speedo didnt work)

i was bored one day and started pratting around with my 3.1 capri and ended up stripping the whole dash

 

Thats where your a Geek Son i found the water leak toinght it was a loose heater pipe so there little nick with the screw driver job done

 

When do you hope to get it back on the road

I do that all the time when Im bored or Hayleys at work especially in the winter when its of the road, I just go in the garage , turn the music on and see how clean I can get the car,I cancelled the insurance on the M3 last week and its sitting in the garage now with about 15 coats of Meguiars Tech Wax and the tyres all glossed up, Im going underneath it tomorrow to scrub the underside back to Dakar Yellow
Im a proper sad twat I know, but its more of a hobbie than an obsession
