A company I use to deal with (Nicholas McClaren in Hogwood Ind est) use to have simliar stuff in their workshop ..they also done a few Indy car, Le Mans and other series engines ..some of the power they got out of them was unreal 
..then detuning/limiting them so they where more reilable. It was an awesome experince hearing some of them revving to umpteen thousand revs
