There's a surprise. In one breath they announce the stopping of speedcamera infestations and this is there comeback. If they give us a quid with one hand they will be taking 2 quid back with the other

I don't agree with this really but it is a good investigative tool for dealing with major crimes. Even minor crimes like TDA can benefit as it takes a digital photo of the front of the car and so usually gets the front occupants as well.
