: 48 exhaust housing
: 60 trim compressor
: 31 actuator
: Ahmed Bayjoo open chip with revised ignition curve and 3 degrees advance
: GRS EVO 3 intercooler
: Two Kenlowe 2000 blow fans
: Samco hoses
: Scorpion stainless exhaust system
: Felpro Group A Headgasket
: ARP Strengthened Head bolts
: Iridium Spark Plugs
: Ford Motorsport HT Leads
: 2 Stage boost controller // 13 Psi or 26 Psi

Cylinder Head would be first on my list along with steel rods for strength. Lose the felpro gasket, they are no good for a 1600.

Head and cam big factors with a cvh. Get a big flowing head with big valves. cam will help u get the power with a bit less boost. Your rods will go abit further with gd bolts.

As has been said above but deffo bin the Felpro. They are pants

Steel rods are a must now and I would play with a matched head & cam. Fueling will be an issue as well so it may be time to change the management

i concur with the above spend as much as you can afford on the head this is really important and will unleash more power for the same boost.. newman custom cam with sold lifters or a cam off karlos with one of his Superb stage four heads.. i use to run a t34 0.63 housing but now i have gone for a gt series turbo again if you can Stretch this far then get yourself a gt turbo mine made such a difference more then i Imagined hardly any lag pushes so much air and is twice the size of the t34... management options are huge, one wont give you more power over another and it all depends who maps it.. modern ecu have alot more toys.. but even cossie management has alot more features now...
