if you were to build one what pistons would you or have you used and how much are they

and no skimmed ones wont do !!!!

 

I used CP pistons from ian howell at area six. cost me Ł650 to mine and ians spec and are bloody good quality n all

6 week lead time on them

 

you know what exactly is done to them?

 

CP like JE and a few other American companies will build pistons to your engine builders spec.....So rather than buying pistons for your engine which will then dictate your compression ratio.

Your engine builder stipulates the piston spec & compression ratio. The pistons are then custom made to suite your engine builders spec.
