white dials question?

will a white dial kit from a series 1 fit into a series 2 are they the same?

and can i change the bulb color?

U might be able to do a Blue peter though, with some papier mache, some blue tack and some PVA glue

as for the lights i replaced the bulbs on mine for ultra bright blue L.E.D's looked awesome at night
