excellent... youll be wasting cossie's all day long. a fezzie heavyweight to say the least.... i reckon you could have a traction problem though, theres no weight in the rear. might need some ballast for the drag strip or the lights
. what diff are you using?
Cheers, i didnt do the metal work that was already done, the axel is a 4.6 Quaiffe LSD 5 linked.
Started to fit the gearbox today, but sadly didnt get it in as the tunnel needs some metal cutting out.
As long as the weather is ok tomorrow i will try to finish it and fit the exhaust.

you are a head case but i love it !! i used to own a mk1 fezzy 997cc. the power to weight ratio of that car mean's you'll probably rupture most of your internal organs when you really drop the hammer !!
good luck to you my man.. and good job !! you got any plan's for the engine..or is it already spec'd up?

Cheers all, cant wait to get it on the road. The engine is stage 3 on a standard engine, going to start buying all the bits to rebuild it to a higher spec

no pics then?.....
how about an explanation? did you run it through the boot or below the boot floor? if the latter does it not interfere with thwe vertical travel of the diff? what boxes did you use? did you use a middle box?
cheers.
