Does seem a little slower than other wrc cars, but it may not even be running at full power who know's. Looks nice tho!!

To me it looks like handling tests rather than power/speed testing. Note the lack of ALS....
As for the Scoob. The standard sound is due to the crap design of the standard exhaust manifold. If they want better response and power, they would have to ditch it and fit something better.

sounds like hes doing alot of short shifting so maybe just gives the ilusion of being slower plus i wouldnt want to break a new WRC car under my ass, so he might be taking his time

It is testing after all - maybe they had some reason for running it slower? Ironing out some problems maybe?
