Default Bush Sleeves or part of the arm ? Can some1 advise asap plz?

Evening all

Been removing the old bushes from the rear lower arms and tie bars on my S1 tonight......but wondered if someone can advise....

Two pics below, both of the rear lower arm, what i want to know is, are these steel sleeves in either end that need to be removed or part of the actual arm ? Dont wanna go hacking them to find they dont actually come out.

If someone could advise asap that would be great cheers......one end has what looks like a 50mm sleeve, and the other end has what appears to be two mushroom type sleeves.....although as said they could indeed be part of the arm.

Thanks folks

Michael

Removeable Sleeve or not ?

Remove these too or not ?

Its part of the bush, and does need to be removed prior to fitting new bushes.

And yes it is not easy to get out
