.... had mi e-bay account stolen...... got an email today about lunch time telling me I had requested a change of email address....... now cannot get into my e-bay account, saying account info not valid..... have emailed em so lets just see how long it takes em to sort this mess out....

I just hope I am not in the process of buying all sorts!

ebay has been a bit odd recently, when ive tried to go to my ebay it
and enter my password it keeps coming back to same page, i keep thinking mines been hacked as well.

 

I tend to buy more on ebay than I sell, but with a 100% positive feedback score of 74 I quite considered miself a good ebayer....... obviously someone else thought so too.....

 

get in touch with ebay asap... you'll be selling all sorts to some poor sods.... c*nts!

I'd like to know what ebay is doing about this as it's becoming very common and it's getting to a point where you need to really know about the stuff you're looking at to know if it's a genuine auction or not.

 

I dunno how they do it.... Do you use a public computer at all?

but you shouldn't have if that's the case and you don't use public machines....

 

So you got an email from a supposed Ebay buyer saying something along the lines of 'where's my item that i have paid for?' clicked on a link to view the item in question and gave this person all your info in the process I get these all the time but if i don't recognise the name i bin them! If your ever in doubt in the future check your in-box once logged on in Ebay and the message should be in there as well if it has genuinly come from or via Ebay!!

id register a new id now, buy one of his fones and see what address/info
comes back for payment, forward this to ebay, may help. register the name `warning_this_is_a_scamming_fook`

shame there wasnt longer than 12 hours left, we could have all bid and retracted hoping it would draw some attention.

 

also, after the auctions have ended id `send message` to the winners on each auction telling them there about to be ripped off.

Just opened a new account in mi boyfriend's name..... but you cannot use the accounts and contact other members with accounts that have been open less than 3 days so I cannot warn anyone.....

tried sending this and was gonna send it to all the current registered bidders...

Please do not bid on the phones that are currently being sold by xrdodgybird.... this is not a hoax... the account is my girlfriend's and it has been stolen by king_kancy@yahoo.com. If you want clarification, you can speak to xrdodgybird yourself on (0898 *** *** - just for Iain Mac!!) .. or xrdodgybird@hotmail.com as this is xrdodgybird's email address and not the king_kancy one.... This has all been reported to ebay this evening.

if youve just registered that account to warn people then just bid 10 grand on each auction near the end so no one wins, the cheeky fook might leave you a neg but it dont matter, just remember not to leave him one back as its your account

 

i had this done dont bother emailing ebay they take for ever use the live help and they can sort your account out there and then for you it's only between 2pm and 6pm you can get live help ive posted the link below go down and click on live help then a window will pop up and you can talk to someone and get it sorted A.S.A.P
