password prtotected outlook file (pst)

I've got an old email file from outlook with a password I desperatly need to get into...

the problem is I've forgotten my own password!!

help!

sorted it!!

found a shareware that only gave you half the password as a trail... thats enough to jog my memory!!

Still the email I wanted wasnt in there anyway
