yeh also having a n/s/f wing (rusty the same) respray on bonnet small rust around air vent on bonnet, small hole in seal about size of a 50p, de-locked properly, rs front bumper extension. loadsa dosh

pair of new wings,sort any weldin under neath,spesh the panel under the windscreen,,cut off the shite at the rear,weld and grind some new ones,or fab some up by hand,weld them on,off to the painter ,alls well!
thats wot i done on my 88
then i had lunch.(yeah rite,took an age )

at leaste you could have put big wheels on with out them touching the lip of the arch lol. my mates was like this but only on the right hand side???? wiered

Yup, I've seen worse! One of the main problems on these cars, the kit traps moisture in and we all know what happens to metal over time....

as already said, i imagine most are like that. its suprising to find, especially as paint can hold together very well so u dont always see it creeping from behind the bodykit arch

same thing on mine when i restored it!! it's cos the arch kit can act as a water trap!!!

mine are not as bad as that but bad enough
gonna cut away all metal and replace the arch, then cut the lip right back too, samo on the kit
i really should start a resto on here
