whats the crack with claiming from the council for damage caused from pot holes. i managed to snap my lower wish bone which has ruined my wheel arch and bent the bottom corner of my wing . has anyone one had dealings with the council for this

 

an be done BUT theres a loop hole that allows them off for damage as they cant be expected to notice every imperfection

now aslong as they repair the damage with in 48 hours of it being reported then it makes it hard to claim

Its a bollock ache because you have to prove that they knew it was there, which could be alot of hassle unless someone has reported it previously .

as said take pics and time etc and send in to said council and THEY will send u the details of their insurance dept but may try to fob u of though but just stick with it may take a few months though(think they hope you'll get fucked off and drop the chase)! know a couple of peeps who have had things sorted one after 6 mths the other after 1 mth! good luck with what u choose

 

get a can of white spray pant and put 4 corners round it, make it look a little grubby then take a few pic's, ones with white round them means they know its there and its due to be fixed.
they may know your trying to con them but if you have a pic they cant really do much about it can they.

i would call them and report it "again" adding the part about ya car being fooked up by it.
