Mobile video recording?
Going to strap a video system onto the new bikes next year to help the prosecution
I've got a Sony bullet camera and need a device with an AV in to record.
I need a device to record onto. Has to fit under the seat so needs to be compact.
I liked the look of the stack DVR until I saw the £4k price
These are about £190
Anyone got any experience of them? How sturdy they are etc?
Can anyone think of anything more suitable?

with my bullet camera from goldstar racecams (http://www.qv500.com/racecam/index.php) i use my sony dv camcorder just plugged into the av input on the camera and a lanc cable to start/stop the recording
I need the same info Lee! I'm going to keep my eye on this post.
In a friend's car he uses a laptop for recording onto from his bullet cam, but in the case of our bikes this ain't too practical!
I've got 3 vid cameras - 2 digital and one old skool tape thingy and none have AV in which is annoying.
Sure someone on here can help tho...
