Was out in my car for a wee bit there and my fans are not coming on, so i decided to just go home, when i got out the car i could here a crackling noise, so popped the bonnet and it was coming from my fuse box, number 11 (on the back of your cover) was all crackly and buzzin so i pulled it out, can anyone tell me what its for? and could this be something to do with my fans not working?,

ps. my heaters are not blowing either, any help apreciated
