baily header tank
cud anyone tell me what is the best thing for getting a pukka finish on my bailey header tank, its pare shitty, i try my best to clean it with auto glym metal polish, but it its still a shit finish, the rest of my bay its sparkling, but the header tank lets it all down

try using T-Cut or T-Cut scratch remover and a nice soft cloth

autosol mate halfords sell it dogs danglies
, works for me and ive tried a few

autosol is good if you use the correct cloths, otherwise you'll find light scratches all over your chrome

you'll have to remove it from the car and polish it on a machine......metal polishing isnt just about the compound, if you can generate heat ie: with a machine, then you get a shinier finish

Yeah I bought some of the Meguiars NXT metal polish it woorks a treat! Got my Bailey header tank like a mirror!
Worth trying for £8
