Are the windows that open on the rear from a s1? how hard are they to fit into a s2? any1 done it?

 

Yeap they are from a S1 or you can get them from mk 3 xr3's ther easy to fit if you have all the bit's with them

 

Piece of piss mate. I put off fitting mine for ages as I feared it may be tricky. My bro and I done both windows inside of of 40 mins

You will need to borrow a rivnut gun to squeeze a threaded insert into the B pillar all the holes are there ready to go

Yes, it's easy enough. Don't be a pikey and use the S1 glass as it's bronze tint and not green like the rest of your windows! You can still get green tint glass from Ford last time I checked.

I just changed the front glass to bronze as well to match and make the car look slightly different

 

As I said...don't be a pikey! Na, seriously not keep on the bronze glass, just don't seem right in a 90 spec S2...maybe that's just me!

 

I thought it worked quite well against the black bodywork
