270bhp 340lbft

 

t34, tubular manifold, pectel, headwork standard cams.

was about 260bhp and 320lb torque

 

279.7bhp & 371.4lbft, can't remember spec' details.

ad this to the list ,

8.1 ish compression ratio from Mahl astra N/A pistons ,

didnt realise he had head work , Power figures i rember him saying 270ish , no idea about lbft torque

I thought he still had it. Wasnt he building that old estate of Damos into a track car?

 

that lasted about a month in his hands mate and was punted on ,

Lack of funds was the reason but i think he just couldnt be arsed ,

The last time i saw lewie was at totb qualifying , seemed very happy with the fact that his jap car started first thing in the morning , was cumfy and never broke down , then he started to laugh at me cos my £18,000 worth of RST had a savage misfire and hadto be trailored home

On a serious note he was at Gurne's birthday on Saturday just gone

He's realising he actually has to work now instead of posting crap all day!

 

he has a s14 200sx IIRC!

 

he got a new job and no internet

iirc his engine spec was

std head
std cams
bored block to fit vauxhall XE pistons
std rods
tubular manifold that kept cracking
T34 turbo

made 270bhp and 34olbft IIRC

lewis spec was:

10 foot of streak of piss

as said, hes got a S14 now

 

what was the little laptop that he had to ecu fiddle, i want one??? I thought he had a T2 ecu on the car???

Lewis did have some headwork as that is what it says in his feature in Performance Ford.

Even though I am 5000 miles away I some how managed to grab a few mags to read before I left. His just happens to be one of them

 

he didnt run a T34 either as far as i can remember, just a t2

and his engine bay was full of stickers and badges!


went to the same place as my old s2.. and wasn't as quick as mine so ive been told!

 

Wasnt really that quick at all was it?

 

he had no head work and just a standard cossie turbo, anything else is crap apart from the pectel t2

wasnt fast but was deffo quick, but was a basic engine tbh with a high comp ratio built on a budget

No head work , and i thought he was on a T3 but didnt want to say as i wasnt sure ,

Loads a bling aswell , could have gone 2 sec quicker on the quarter if he ditch the bonnet bling .

 

As for the headwork, I'm just going by what it says in his magazine feature in Performance Ford

yes........ but i was only running 13psi which NICK forgot to mention in the mag And the cars had just one or two mods since then lol

Oh that and I cant do standing starts for buggery
