Windage tray - what the hell is this lol

Got this through GGR - not the same as a ford windage tray so what the hell is it????

Also - will it work more to the point lol

julian godfreys used mk3 xr3i big end bolts they got a extra 6mm thread on the end it gen ford sure still availble
