wanted, no silly prices,ideally after a non runner as i want to rebuild whatever unit i buy,due to the fact the amount of people who tell lies about the condition of the engines they are selling will pay fair price for suitable engine,also pair of original amber rear lights for sapphire wanted

so a 2wd engine broken down into bits is worth abd will fetch £1415 so just out of interest what price are you hoping to pay ??
I have several engine uin stock and i can assure you they are good runners I aslo have fully rebuilt bottoms ends at a price you will just not be able to do one for yourself,think about it

 

if i wanted to throw silly amounts of money at this project you would be the first person id call,however i dont so my not calling you should be a clue to you,you can say what you like about this part is worth this much and this is worth that,i know they are to you because people buy stuff at youre prices ,i however wont pay youre prices because to me you and certain others on here take the piss with youre prices,i like youreself have been buying and selling rs cars and parts for over 15 years ,albeit not on the same scale obviously and i am very aware that i dont have to pay anything near the prices you ask,might take a bit longer to source but that is fine as im not going to be using this car till summer,anyway good luck to you, i await youre stinging reply

 

strange that the prices i quoted are what ever other proper RS dealer in the country charges give or take a few pounds,I hope you dont get stung with a cheap engine to fins out the head is scrap and it will end up costing you double.fair enough mate I understand why you dont want to buy from me and other dealers but thats what we do for a living,take a look again at the breakdown of prices quoted you will find there very reasonable especially for a good head.I can actually sell you a complete engine less ancillaries for £1200 now try telling me that expensive or a fully rebuilt 200 bottom end for £1500 again cheaper than what you can ever build you say you deal in RS cars if thats the case you should know better,anyway best of luck with you build I do hope you collect some really nice parts

 

Sounds a good price to me, a mate of mine has just sold a 35k mile head and block with internals no inlet or exhaust manifolds and no sump for 1000quid

anyway I might have some amber rear lights depends what you want to pay for them, not sure what they are worth??

well tonight i bought from a user on here a good usable 205 blocked bottom end with nearly new clutch,distributor,pulleys, also got inlet manifold with throttle body and pfo9 tps,t3 turbo with manifold , turbo damper,all oil water pipes,2wd front 4 pot calipers,spare oil pump,water pump,moonstone bootlid and spoiler,with caps,and many other various pipes and fittings,ALL THIS FOR
£360 POUNDS, oh also threw in a 2wd cylinder head which needs work,and a cam cover,oh and a new timing belt ,and a tensioner also,head might be scrap but i have a use for it anyway
