Rear discs I honestly wouldn't bother with. For the front Cossie 4x4 discs and callipers but you will requirea 15" rim to fit them.

The Fiesta doesn't really weigh anything. Mate of mine runs a 2.1 Zetec turbo with over 300bhp and this stopping set up is fine and hauls him to a haly quick enough. I personally think it's overkil and more grief than it's worth. Don't have discs on the back of my S2 for the same reason. Not saying that I am right and everybody else is wrong it's just my opinion.

I think you need a couple of spacer to fit the callipers but I can't remember as it's been ages sinde we done my brothers

We spent a packet on our old one and got a smidge over 130bhp.

Engine wise (off the top of my head):

Standard bottom end
Polished and ported cylinder head
Piper cam and vernier pulley
Chip
Up rated fuel pump
4 branch manifold
Custom stainless system (proper one not PowerShonk)
K&N
Bailey breather kit

rear discs require a break servo upgrade.

people i know who have fitted them say its no better than just doing the fronts. it just looks alot better as for the front, cossie 4x4 proven time and time again

the best rear setup for a fiesta is a zetec s rear beam and focus rear brakes

the cossie 4x4 upgrade is tried and tested to work well, however i cant believe that the single pot calipers are better than the four pot ones.

and so i am determined to fit the 2wd ones to my xr2i 16v and upgrade the brake servo to one off of a mk5 escort.

Depending how bad your shell is I would be inclined to sort it. If you stick it in a 1.1 you will have grief registering etc. Also won't be worth as much when you come to sell

no body said the 4x4 was better than the 2wd.

the 4x4 is straight fit bar a few washer, the 2wd is not.

whats a little bit of elbow grease in the pursuit of perfection?

what i meant is why does everyone say to go for the 4x4 set up just cos its easier? when with a little extra work the much better 2wd set up can go on.
