Well REAL Thundersaloons were built in the early 90s for thindersaloon racing, and still used now in Formula Saloons and stuff in the UK.

Basicly imagine touring cars, but with less/no rules, so engine power is free so there 700bhp cossies (even a mad widearch RWD cossie honda prelude! ), all got massive massive arches etc.

No pics or nowt on the net tho really.

Bluesprint who used to do my cossie engine looked after a luminous yellow sallf thundersaloon racer with 700odd bhp, was fookin awesome

 

How fast are the laptimes that the thundersaloon/supersaloon ford rs 500's is running??
Are they using new 21 century technology ???
