Ok this is only my opinion, would be interested to see if anyone else agrees.

In the past two years I've had a few quick cars so in a good position to judge value v's cost to buy:

Recently had

4x4 Saph x 2 (both were then tuned to 300+)
3 door moonstone
330 bhp Escort Cosw
plus had a couple of EVO's and an Impreza.

Of all of them a good 4x4 saph is by far the cheapest to buy, but gives maybe 3/4 the performance of the others - plus really nice to sit in/long journeys.

Anyone agree?

 

Yes to a point but all depends what you want, the fun factor as to lie with the 2wd cars, what ever you feel comfortable with....
