when my car starts it revs high and settles after awhile but even after 3 hours plus driving the needle doesnt move from the bottom moved once
even the heaters run cold as fook after a long drive but under the hood it seems warm fans on constantly ????

That i can tell you right now is either a knackered, or from the sound of your car (no disrespect as its obviously the previous owners work) sounds like there is no thermostat at all

problems seem to love me tryed filling the washer bottle today and ended up with a massive puddle under my car !!!

sounds liek your washer bottle is cracked, can u hear the motor working when u use the washers? If not then it might just be the motor has been removed...?

you got any rot around the bottom of the windscreen?

 

the smoking at my guess would be your turbo or valve stem seals, with all your problems i think you need to get it to a good tuner and get it all checked over properly, otherwise in the long term these little things will casue more damage and all that your going to get is propblem after problem
