If I was to do it, I would do it in the lightest possible tint you could get. Im quite fond of the standard tint on the series 1 glass.

mines got tints, just very light. look through some of my old posts for pics and judge for your self.

p.s the car came with them on and to lazey to remove them, now really like them.

 

A light tint like Robin has actually looks pretty cool. In all honesty though I wouldn't bother. Cops are cracking down on tints now. Had tinted windows in my RS about 3years ago.

I sold them for £150 when I got my 17's and then brough them back in August for £40 off the same guy

 

 

i personally would never get tints on my RS, not realy suited to an escort unless VERY light....IMO

 

If you do it, go the whole hog and get the front glass limo blacked too!
