RS500 spec intercoolers...........
Gonna get one from santa but who's best ? My gut reaction is to go for pro-alloy.

Radtec on the Saff is a perfect fit....beleive me its the best.
On the Escos the Pro Alloy is recommended due to a better fit apparently.

I'd go Pro alloy, not only are there products superb quality and finished too very high standard but you will get good customer service whether you buy direct or through a dealer

ditto re a 3 door
also 47c peak act on secs @ 7k in 5th in 20 c ambient temp screaming over 2 bar (not at top end) through a t34 .55 makes it work rather well too

You won't go wrong with either the above-mentioned coolers. The welding on the Pro-alloy ones are (you have to admit) out of this world though....

most of the well known coolers will do the bussiness! pace, radtec, pro, original etc
i have a pro alloy on mine but would have anyone of the above tbh.
most tuners still reckon the original ones are the best and they do look quite a bit diff to the pro alloy (fins etc)

Because the cores that Pace use are not up to scratch and the temps sky-rocket above 25psi (below that they are fine). Not only that, but they also get a smiley face above this pressure as well and have to be strapped...

Not that I am aware of, but I have no personal experience of Forge items. The other info I have mentioned is from testing.
However, given that I can run any intercooler I want, I chose Pro-alloy to build mine - that should tell you something....
