as title really, i am going to a remote part of scotland for XMAS, i have a cottage booked and have been told they always have snow, but warned not to bring a RWD car my Mondy is FWD, but was thinking about maybe getting a set of snowchains as they are actually pretty cheap, but wondered if they are any good or not and if they make a noticable difference

 

Yes, they make such a difference on snowy/icey ground. We use them over in France on our hols. Deffo worth the investment.
