much would it cost roughly to fire a rst engine in my mk7 escort?

and how much work would b involved?

depends if your gonna do the work yourself or not mate.
if you can do it yourself getting a donor car shouldnt be to hard an not to expensive

just start looking for a shitty rst but with a decent engine.take everything you need and ebay any bits left

theres quite a few folk at the last meet were from your way and thers lots of folk from your way into fords or turbod cars that could help.

might have to cross there palm with silver tho

im sure mines is a mk7 but the mk6 is same if u look on ebay u will see loads a parts for mk7 escorts!

96 bud as my g/f has a N reg scort and is 96 and i have a mk7 P reg escort 97

wot would i need just engine,brakes,wiring loom! would i need the gearbox out of the rst as i just got a new clutch fitted to my scort or would i need the gearbox out of the rst??

Its the same shape as the mk6. Must be diffrent interior or something or diffrent engines....i have no clue!
