The valve is only used for cold starting only.
It can be used with a seperate controller to fire it while on boost but it will only be 2 dimensional meaning it will come on at a pre set boost level rather than when it is actually needed.

Just for info the cold start valve doesnt even come into play when the car is running from cold, they operate while cranking and cold and thats it. As people have mentioned you can use it as a 5th, although there are better ways!

yes - there is a fifth injector, the cold start valve
no - it isnt really a fifth injector because it's just used on startup
