Basically the car is being picked up AT LAST to be taken for its respray on Monday.

It was gonna be Riviera Blue, and as much as I like that colour, i dont think I want it due to another set of cars all with the same colour paint.

So need to think of summat and fast.

Dunno if i like green tho, but that kawa green is pretty cool, tho the Norris Evo is already that colour.

I like this quite bright plum purple ive seen, but dont know what colour that actually is...

Orange like shonkys Exige is cool, but dont work with white wheels.

Dont want any colours thats too close to a Skyline blue, want a colour you dont see em in normally, but nice, and pretty lairy too.

(Dynorod orange is too lairy tho and the type of paint means itd fade badly in no time unless kept out of sunlight all the time)

Ford do that Aubergine colour that some of the very late Escort Cosworths were made in- that'd look pretty mental

 

Get a painter to mix a one off....

 

Pon- Thats really dark tho isnt it? Id like something pretty bright, so looks good even when it aint sunny, ie 90% of time.

Radders- Fuck that, i want a colour i can easy get matched again when i smash it, fix stonechips, etcetc, ideally a flat colour, im not even into pearls and metallics really.

 

just get gangsta to stick his plums in the paint machine

 

Kawasaki Green wont go with white wheels at all IMO

Fook knows what to have tho dude!

You'll need about 2 ltrs for the car...

what you having sprayed? the outside/shuts/engine bay?

 

Everything but the bay, GTRs come with Matt Black bays and id prefer to keep it like that.

Get the paintr to mix up an extra 2 ltr's... that'll be fine for stone chips etc etc

 

TBH rad, im just gettin the car took down there, im not going there, so cant really be fucking about sorting colours, need to tell him a colour and they do it.

Lambo Purple is nice, tho meant to be mega hard to get hold of IIRC.
Cadbury Purple is v.similar just not a flip paint, which id prefer as dont like flip.

At this rate its gonna be done Riviera Blue still

I thought that might be an issue - why the sudden change of heart? Riviera Blue will look the bollocks anyway mate, and like you said it won't look like a Calsonic as it's not got the same bodykit, wheels or spoiler on it!

Can't you postpone spraying until a colour is sorted?

candy apple red is my favourite colour in the world! not sure its really lairy enough for steve tho! hang on lets see!

 

phone doesnt capture the red as well as id like!its a difficult colour for cameras!
