Are the MK3 and MK4 interiors the same??

As in Carpets and rear quarter interior panels???

Oh, also the glass sets???

Glass is bronze on S1, S2 is green

Panels I'm sure are different, as with carpet

Yep panels in S1 have a seperate strip along the top with a black stripe on them. S2s are one plain vinyl piece.

Not sure on carpets but i think the s2 was a more luxurious one...More shag pile lol.

Door panels dont fit as the handels inside are in a different place. Can be modded tho.

Yeah, carpets were better in the S2, smoother, more quality, but essentially the same shape as the S1...

Rear 1/4's as mentioned had different mouldings - but again essentially the same shape

Same for the glass. As mentioned, S1 = bronze, S2 = green, but all interchangeable (except for the opening 1/4's, you need the trims and hinges)
